Remote Depositions are nothing new and for most of you have become routine.  However, attorneys are still struggling to find the best way to handle exhibits.  In this seminar you will discover how you can mark and introduce your exhibits in Real Time, virtually.

Additionally, videotaped depositions are becoming increasingly important in a virtual world.  Discover why this is the case and ways to make video clip designations and annotations and so much more.  Feel free to invite Paralegals/Professional Assistants, who may benefit from this seminar.

In this seminar we will review:

  • Exhibit Distribution Best Practices
  • Considerations When Preparing the Witness
  • Swearing in the Witness Remotely from any State or Globally
  • Importance of Videotape Depositions
  • Making and Showing Video Clips for trial, arbitrations and mediations

Register today!  Please note that this event is open to MDC attorney members, who are welcome to share the provided Zoom link with any legal support staff who also wish to participate in the session.
